Kelley Kelley

Manager

KelleyKelley has brought his engineering magic to an eclectic group of Grammy Award Winners including Kimbra, The Beach Boys, Ellie Goulding, Melissa Etheridge…. And the list goes on. As a touring musician, KelleyKelley got his start at First Avenue (of “Purple Rain” fame), the Minneapolis club that gave the world Prince & The Revolution, The Replacements, and Semisonic. His travels around the world in support of Sony and Warner Bros. artists brought him to Europe and South America, the Apollo Theatre and the Hammersmith Odeon in London. The cat can play. He had the good fortune to work with multi-platinum Grammy award-winning producers Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis of FlyteTyme Studios (the geniuses behind Janet Jackson, Human League, Robert Palmer) and singer Alexander O’Neal (the platinum-selling artist) behind the Billboard chart-toppers “Fake”, “Criticize”, and “Saturday Love”. He was selected by Prince & The Revolution bassist Brownmark (Motown) to be part of his touring band for his flashy performance style. He also appeared in the videos “Bang Bang” & “Next Time”, which Prince and Brownmark co-wrote. KelleyKelley was then hand-picked as musical director for Prince protogé Tony LeMans (Paisley Park/Warner Bros) to lead his band to its epic concert at Moscone Center in San Francisco… quite a thrill for the young & wild multi-instrumentalist. Not content to just work in a band setting, KelleyKelley developed and honed his unique writing, production, and mixing style through Zen Media group, a spin off of P-Diddy’s Bad Boy Records. There KelleyKelley wrote all the music and collaborated with their staff writers on lyrics for the major label single “Eavesdropping ” on the debut CD for the teenage sensation, “The Slumber Party Girls”. Geffen Records VP Ron Fair selected KelleyKelley’s track for his stand out funky guitar licks and tight rhythm. During this time, KelleyKelley also published the first of five music library volumes under the “Bangin’ Beats' moniker in Freeplaymusic.com’s music library. Via Freeplay, KelleyKelley’s vibrant music beds have been used by ESPN, The NBA channel, MTV’s “The Hills'', and many more. KelleyKelley lives and breathes the music he creates. He is a true student of music and all that it embodies. KelleyKelley brings passion to every project he’s involved in, as seen in the video for his latest single “I Got This”(available now worldwide). KelleyKelley is a renaissance tour de force.
